Some of the best service I’ve ever experienced with how detailed the shipping setup was to ensure a safety arrival from my beautiful fish. This is the place you want to order from simply outstanding.

Delivered quickly. Ordered 5 Sterbai Corys. Bought 5 from the Convoy location 4/7, among other items, before. Carry a good stock of fish and plants.

This store is complete garbage, DO NOT buy from them. Their ownership and employees are trash. They will not ship items paid for online, you can not get in touch with anyone, and they do not return emails. A complete fraud and dishonest business.

I received all frogs, fish and plants in a timely matter. Everything was alive except for 1 snail; which I thought was pretty good. The only issue is I did not receive the black worms. I have emailed this company with no reply. They lost a star since I lost a product AND money.
Response from Pet Zone Tropical Fish· Mar 29, 2026
Hi Sarah, thank you for the feedback and we’re glad most of the order arrived alive and well. We’re sorry to hear about the missing black worms and the issue with the snail. Please reach out with your full order details so our team can review both the missing item and livestock concern promptly. For any live arrival issues, timely documentation is required, and USPS shipments are not covered under our DOA policy.
