Never sign up for a Philo subscription!!! I signed up for a week trial offer and after I watched the show I wanted to see, could not find a way to cancel!!! I thought I could just cancel when they sent me a bill but I NEVER received a bill!!! Instead Philo just charged me $30.91 at 6am one morning. I tried to get my money back and was denied a refund. The only thing they would do is finally cancel my subscription!! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!

Ok Philo. I use to be your 5star reviewer. Before Philo got so popular, or mainstream, they were for the people. They stayed at a consistent price point and rarely made changes that would raise prices. Recently, that has not been the case. And if you are a decade long customer you know what I mean. Access that you previously paid for has been revoked and placed on higher more expensive tiers and there is not a “grandfathering” program to respect those that had already paid premium for that access. I have personally promoted Philo and successfully changed all my family members and friends to becoming Philo subscribers. And now I feel like an idiot for it because Philo is doing the exact same thing that the cable companies do, which is ironic considering that Philos advertising use to contain a line stating that this was why Philo was made-to give people a way out of the cable company b.s. while still maintaining same tv service. Don’t get me started about the switching up on the dvr/saved. Philo has become more about the money than the customers. Philo use to be convenient to everyone’s schedule as long as the setting was adjusted to save that series….not anymore. Not anymore.

Signed up for a 7 day free trial (which they allowed) last night and this morning it was asking for payment. Spoke with customer service who advised only one trial per household. Understood. But they never should've allowed the free trial which used the exact same email I had previously. They wouldn't honor the free trial (that they allowed) so I just declined the service in total. I don't like that. Its dishonest.

I have had Philo since they started. I was guaranteed that I would be locked in at the initial $20/month price but after a few years they stayed that i had to upgrade to the $25/month plan.. I hate it when I can't rely on what a company says.. On top of that the ads are HORRIBLE. I have been watching the same ads over and over and over again for the past 3 days and I'm about ready to cancel this subscription..

$25 a month for more commercials than network TV, no thanks!

Philo is now offering 7 day free trail to show you how they've increased their commercials to 7mins. Philo doesn't need you for profit, they make enough with commercials lol. You can't even watch full seasons of cancelled show because they're not on here. I literally cancel my 7day trail within 24hrs, $25 a month for 7mins of commercial that makes your shows 30mins longer.... I'll pass Plus you're currently advertising shows that is not airing on paramount.

Way to long of commercial breaks 6.5 min is stupid.cancelling my sub. Today!!!!!
