The product that I received was in excellent condition. It looks and works great in my vehicle. All of the plastic trim seems sturdy. If I had to knock it, it didn't have any instructions and the radio model was new, so there were no installation videos that I could find. But, they made up for this by having great technical assistance. They have a scheduling system where you can create an appointment. The person who contacted me(same day) was very knowledgeable and articulate. He resolved the three issues that I had within 10 minutes. I appreciated that.

The experience at first was a bit difficult, however, once I got in contact with customer service and help from tech support - everything just went by so smoothly. They were incredibly patient with me as well, waiting for me to connect everything which is what took the longest from this whole experience. I sincerely appreciate the help!

Ordering was easy, but I waited over 2 months for my stereo to be delivered. Once delivered I had a difficult time finding a particular plug. I had been looking on the wiring harness but it was on the board directly. The customer service for the install was actually great. They called me before our time slot and we did a google meet for video. We walked thru the plugs I thought were the issues. They continued to work with me via text to figure it all out. Everything works as it should.

This company really cares about your purchase and shows that they care. I'm honestly surprised at the customer service. Will be doing business with them again!
