Hi Karen, I am very sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with your PhotoStatuette. We did just take a look at your order. The photo you submitted actually has the hats of some of the people cut off, so there wasn't anything we could do to add them back, so we simply tried to round the top of those heads. Our normal turn-around time is 5-7 business days design and production, not including weekends and holidays, plus your shipping time, which during the holidays, can be 14 days total. We would be happy to re-make a PhotoStatuette for you, if you would like to email us a different photo that doesn't have parts of the people cut off. Please contact us anytime at [email protected] or call us at (517) 898-1587. Thank you! Bob Hilts. PhotoStatuettes.com.
