Customer service was very good. After receiving and using the product I didn’t like it. Since I had sighted up for the monthly subscription I emailed the company asking to have it stopped and I received a response the same day.

I bought these when I was plateaued with my weight loss. I am trying to do the Keto diet and even using these I have never gone into Ketosis HOWEVER I am losing weight. I must be doing enough to lose weight but not go into ketosis.
