Love, love, love Pink Lily! I have ordered multiple items and was not disappointed. Customer service is awesome! I received a sweater in the wrong size and they immediately took care of the error. So glad I found this store!

I noticed the first team wearing a sweater I had purchased for Thanksgiving that the knit was unraveling. I sent an email with a picture and expected to hear back in a few days, since I emailed customer service on Thanksgiving. When I woke up the next morning, not only had I gotten an email back, I’d already been sent a refund for the item. I was not required to send it back, but was given the suggestion of donating the item. This was a great experience. Speedy and polite service was above and beyond my expectations.

Products look cheap. Customer service is atrocious! Sent me wrong size and giving me less credit for item I ordered for a return. Horrible experience! Don’t let your hopes down with this crap. People work hard for their money only for this con company to rip them off!!!!!

Two of my orders haven't been shipped in over a week, but I'm aware it's the holiday season! I always receive quick and kind responses from the Pink Lily team when I have questions! A graphic sweatshirt I bought from here faded completely after one wash. I emailed them for a refund, and they were very quick to acknowledge the issue and give me in-store credit. Excellent customer service
