Pinnacle Foundation RepairReviews of pinnaclefoundationrepair.com

Pinnacle did a great job on our 27 piers that were needed. Chris and Marcus were very thorough in explaining the process, and the crew that came out worked very diligently. They cleaned up nicely and provided timely follow up.

Our experience with our foundation repair was low stress. Brian instilled confidence beforehand and the finished product was exactly as advertised. This is a great company with great people

These folks are awesome. Pinnacle was highly recommended by a couple of neighbors. Chris Wood, Augustine, and Victor were great to work/speak with. On the day of the work they got in and out pretty quickly as well as cleaned up and messes there may have been. They were all super respectful, knowledgeable, and professional when it cam to working on our house. They handled the post repair plumbing, and engineer inspections as well as filings with the city. Hopefully we won't have to have this done again but, if we do we will definitely be calling Pinnacle.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Foundation Repair if you’re looking for a company with knowledgeable and experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing top-notch service and high-quality work. INITIAL ASSESSMENT: A special thanks to Chris for thoroughly assessing our foundation damage and clearly explaining the process for repairing our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had about the project. After our initial meeting, we felt confident that Pinnacle was the right company to move forward with. THE CREW: A special thanks to Victor and his crew. I really appreciated how Victor was onsite during the repair and available for any questions. He was great to work with. I also want to highlight how his crew was hardworking, respectful, and paid attention to every detail. I still can’t believe how clean our yard was after they left, especially considering how much work was done to our home! You could tell they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about leaving everything in great shape. OFFICE STAFF: I also want to thank the office staff for staying in regular communication throughout the entire process and keeping us informed about what to expect at each step of the repair. Their communication made the whole experience much easier and gave us peace of mind along the way. We had a great experience working with Pinnacle Foundation. From the initial assessment to the completion of the project, everyone we worked with was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and committed to doing the job right. If you’re in need of foundation repair, I would absolutely recommend giving Pinnacle Foundation a call. We’re very happy with the work they did on our home! Sincerely, Mandi

Pinnacle Foundation Repair recently repaired the foundation of our garage. The process started with Brian, who verified what was needed to get our garage level. The crew who came to our house were very professional and worked hard. They communicated with us every step of the way. They tested our sprinkler system and garage doors before they left to make sure they were working properly. Jose and Victor were great as well as the rest of the crew. All of them were fantastic! I definitely recommend them!

I recently hired Brian Berkstresser with Pinnacle Foundation Repair to review some questionable work from a previous contractor. They immediately identified the issue and after a detailed two hour inspection provided a quote. They moved forward with the work within two weeks & Kristen at their office communicated very well. The work necessary was small (thankfully!). Ishmael & Jose made me feel very comfortable with the results and we're done within a few hours! They even provided photos before, during and after the work. I highly recommend!

From the very beginning during the walk-through estimate, we were impressed with the professional demeanor of the company. Brian explained the process and was more detailed than any of the other individuals that came out. Kristen Cm and the office staff never hesitated to answer any questions and truly made me feel that I was important to them and the reason they were in businessmvJose (ops Mgr) and Jose (crew leader) were both excellent in the execution of the repairm And we can not say enough positive things about the crewm They hit the ground running and we're always very professional. the repair was completed in a timely manner and there were no delaysm When they were finished, the yard was like no one had been here, it looked that clean. overall and in every way we were happy that we chose Pinnacle to do our job.

5-Star Review I recently hired this foundation company to inspect the foundation at 7808 Brianna Drive in Wylie. They were extremely thorough and professional. The inspector was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms. He walked us through the entire process, pointed out what to look for in the future, and gave practical suggestions for long-term maintenance — even though he found no issues with the foundation. This was actually the third home he has inspected for us, and just like the previous two, he delivered an honest assessment with zero pressure or upselling. It’s refreshing to work with a company that prioritizes integrity and customer education over trying to sell unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable foundation inspection in the DFW area. Excellent service and true peace of mind!
