Maisie helped me set up a new pet insurance plan and renew a current one with ease. Maisie was such a pleasure to speak to and very patient and professional. Maisie is a credit to Pinnacle.

Sainsbury’s Pet Insurance via Pinnacle Insurance Services
We have 3 dogs all insured with Sainsbury’s via Pinnacle Insurance. We have made claims for vet fees for all 3 and have found the service delivery to be excellent promptly replying to initial claim, swift to make enquiries of the vet and to settle claim in an equitable manner. Definitely 5 star service delivery.

Excellent Service from Sainsburys Pet Insurance…
We have Sainsburys Pet Insurance through Pinnacle, the service is excellent, claims are settled quickly, the website for Sainsburys pet insurance is easy to use, only one thing I would say, could the website please use your mobile instead of email to get the code for website access
