The overall experience
Processing the order was easy! Being able to use payment methods store on amazon was amazing. Best of all the quality of the product was great and the shipping was fast!

Very disappointed.
Very, very disappointed. I never receive the product because what seems a carrier mistake but instead of help me they wanted me to pick it up at the carrier even when they knew by the time I was out of the Country. I wanted my Coach bag so much. Definitely I won't recommend this site.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. My package never arrived and customer service keep insisting me to go to pick it up at the carrier even when I went out of the country 2 days after the delivery dateline. Very dissapointed. I really wanted my Coach bag.

Excellent customer service and great quality product
Excellent customer service! We had a shipping issue with USPS and a Pit-a-pats team member took care of it promptly. All was resolved quickly. The product I ordered was same as described. My son is ecstatic. We will be ordering from them again soon!
