A difficult recovery due to restructuring of the disc a while back but almost all of what I was after was recovered and named correctly, rather than having arbitrary names.

Everything went as well as expected

PITS did exactly what they said they would do, kept me abreast of the progress and was able to save all my data. The whole process took less than 2 weeks.

Super easy to work with everyone, they were faster than estimated, and did what they said they would. Took one star off because it was pretty pricey.

It was a decent experience, the communication was great, the speed of the fix was extraordinary (failed hard drive), and the negotiation of prices was even more so. The only reason why I’m giving this 4 stars is because of the file type that was downloaded. It says zip but it’s in a strange file that I had to use a raropener to get open, but I’m just gonna chalk that up as something that happens when you pull stuff out of a hard drive that failed or got corrupted.
