Pivott has been incredibly user-friendly, especially with regard to the initial setup. Being able to drag and drop all existing contracts saved me hours. Furthermore, live customer support has been very nice.

Managing and uploading all required documents was very easy. The notification we receive when the contract expires is excellent.
