Been wanting these travis x frags for a long time. But I definitely was not 2k for them. Quality is great. Sure u can tell they may be "fake" if u know what to look for. But I could care less. I love this shoe. Shipping was fine, I got mine faster then when I order from Goat or StockX. Overall I can't wait to get another pair of shoes that I'm not paying $$$$ for when these are so close u can't really tell. Very happy.

I ordered a pair of shoes in early November. I was unaware my house didn’t receive direct USPS delivery, which they only offer. So the first pair was sent back. While they were being sent back, the tracking stopped. Apon me asking for the same pair to be resent back to me, the employee I spoke with told me it was my fault they got lost and were destroyed, and I had to buy a new pair as no refund would be given. I then bought another pair. The new pair were never sent according to the tracking number they gave, but the same employee said they were delivered. They are now telling me it was my fault again! Awful customer service. They didn’t even bother trying to fix it and insist it’s my fault USPS lost them and then destroyed them. Utter joke

Hello, We are sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand your frustration. This situation was certainly not the experience we want any customer to have. According to the shipping records, the first package was returned due to delivery limitations with USPS in your area. We always try our best to assist customers in these situations, but sometimes shipping issues outside of our control can unfortunately occur. That being said, we definitely want to review this case again and help resolve the issue for you. Please contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate the shipment details and find a suitable solution. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to make this right. PKKICKS Support Team
