They did exactly as I requested.

Good company

I needed assistance with a return and Backbone labs was very helpful. My expectations were exceeded.

The prompt response from the team and their care for their customers. I reached out with a warranty replacement issue and it was addressed in a matter of days. They really care about their customers and their products. I will continue to support Backbone and their products.

Absolutely love backbone. Now even more! Customer support really came through. They process my request when returning my order. I’m expecting my new product 3-5 days.

This experience with Backbone Customer Support was absolutely phenomenal and they made a customer for life. They solved my issue with ease and a professional nature.

I had ordered a backbone and a case but the case didn’t arrive, so I contacted them and asked for a refund and they actioned this request immediately and kept me fully informed at all stages. This allowed me to reorder one from a different source because I needed one quite quickly as it is part of a Christmas present. Thank you for your help and support
