The rope toy is too small for my 4 month old golden retriever. It seems to be for a small breed dog. My girl really has not had any interest in this toy.

I’m sold on Playology!! I can’t believe that this type of customer service still exists. I bought a bone and my dog didn’t care for it. I tried everything they suggested but nothing. Karen asked about my dog; his likes chew activity toy preferences and she determined a type of toy for him. I was sent the replacement toy and my dog LOVED it. I am so happy with this company and will be a customer for life!!

I purchased a ring for my puppy. She wasnt interested in it. I called Karen, like the company says to do. I gave it two weeks to see if my puppy would gain interest. Still nothing! But then...Karen sent her a replacement and she loves it. Thank you for thinking of my pup and making sure she had a great toy! She is SO happy!
