The website is great! I have tried to purchase these toys from Petsmart and Petco and have difficulties finding what I want. I will be ordering direct from Playology from here on out!

My dog is a massive chewer so he destroyed the ball he got for Christmas. Emailed Karen at Playology. I got an immediate response. Without more than a picture of the ball she is sending a different toy to try out. This is the best service I have received from any company recently. They have got the customer service thing down pat! PS the ball is great and dog loved it - to death.

Great toys our dog love them.

My dog is ripping apart the hexagon shaped bone with in a matter of an hour of getting it and eating the pieces. Im concerned now he will get sick.
