We want to provide some context for anyone reading this review. We have received a series of substantially similar 1-star reviews against this profile over an extended period, repeatedly alleging that files downloaded from our website caused malware, account compromises, stolen data, or financial losses. Several of those reviews have subsequently been removed by Trustpilot after investigation. We have also received repeated unsolicited emails alongside this activity, including abusive messages, threats, and demands for money. The timing and repeated nature of the activity have led us to report what we believe is a coordinated campaign targeting our Trustpilot profile. We have reported these incidents to Trustpilot numerous times and provided the relevant information. Trustpilot has investigated and removed multiple reviews, although some have later been reinstated or replaced by substantially similar reviews under other names. Regarding this particular review, we asked the reviewer through Trustpilot to provide information that would allow us to identify and investigate the alleged incident. We have not received a response to that request. We are not asking readers to simply take our word for it. We encourage anyone considering our website to look at the review history and the repeated appearance of substantially identical allegations under different identities. We believe our Trustpilot profile has been subjected to abusive and potentially extortionate activity, and after months of dealing with repeated spam and moderation issues, we have decided to stop participating in Trustpilot and unclaim our business profile. We stand behind our website and our products and remain available through our normal support channels for legitimate customers with genuine technical issues.
