Scam! Do not buy there! Paid for a plugin with supposedly instant delivery. 2 weeks later I still have got no link or anything. Not even a response to my multiple eMails and customer service chat of their webside.

Did not get the license. Order is still being processed 24h later despite being 'available for instant delivery'. No response, not even an automated one.

I paid 100$ for a company to sell me license for protools studio only to get scammed and find out later on that this company is not an AUTHORIZED RESELLER on avid's side. Do not trust them like I did

You've asked me about my so-called "customer experience", but I'm yet to experience anything. I purchased your product, and I've asked for help downloading and accessing it, and I've not received any response. Quick to ensure you've snaffled money, but slow when it comes to customer support - more concerned about ratings. This is not acceptable.
