Very bad service
Very bad service. Order the equipment. Never received on time. They supposed to deliver equipment week before. But every day there was some kind of excuses. I received my equipment 10 day late. Very disappointed. Never buy anything from this carrier and will not suggest anyone to buy

Your order was picked up by FedEx the day after you placed it with us. Unfortunately FedEx mishandled your order and took a lot longer to deliver. Once the item has been given to the shipping company we are at their mercy. We gave you a partial refund for the delay and communicated everything we were being told by FedEx. The delay was inconvenient and we share your disappointment with FedEx. It took even longer because the delivery appointment date was setup on Sept 10 to be delivered on Sept 15th.
