I spent so much time (maybe too much) researching and trying to find the perfect upgrade engagement ring. My original ring is a 3 carat solitaire radiant which I love dearly but noticed myself constantly worrying about it, checking the prongs and dealing with it on clothing or my hair so I knew I wanted something low profile and smaller for everyday wear that I could wear as a standalone. I got the home try on kit and was provided with samples that best matched what I was looking for and decided I wanted to go the custom route. For customizing, I worked with Renee through email. She was amazing - so helpful and responsive! She provided example videos to help with any questions or concerns I had so that I could get a clearer idea of different settings and was so patient with any tweaks I wanted including switching carat sizes to better fit the ring I had envisioned. Once I decided on the final CAD, it was a fairly quick turn around for my ring to be finished. Josh was super easy to work with for coordinating delivery and ensuring I was able to pick up my ring at a local hold location since I wouldn’t be able to coordinate a good time for delivery at my home. The ring is perfect. Exactly what I was hoping for! So sparkly, so beautiful! The engraving is gorgeous. Their craftsmanship is really top tier. The whole process was so easy and as someone who’s very indecisive, I really appreciate the understanding and patience I experienced through the design process and I couldn’t be happier with the ring. I highly recommend Plum Diamonds. My ring feels so special knowing I was fully involved in picking the diamond and design and it is so comfortable. I’m sorry if I forgot any names or anyone I worked with - everyone was amazing!
