CBD has helped me sleep without pain that is caused by osteopenia.

I have chronic lower back pain and anxiety exacerbated by it. I also have a touch of insomnia mostly due to working night shifts. I tried +CBD oil tincture out of curiosity. First day nothing. Second day nothing. Third day I noticed lower back pain felt duller. By the night of the fifth day I realized that I was sleeping longer without waking up. After one week I am not as grumpy about my back pain and I am feeling much more rested than before. Because of prior liver damage taking otc pain mess and sleep aids worried me. My back pain has gone from a 7 out of 10 to a manageable 3 out of ten. I know this is not a cure and there are plans for back surgery in the future but until then I have something much better and natural to help me thru the day.

This is the most awful tasting CBD oil I have ever tasted. I have to follow it quickly with orange juice to get the taste out of my mouth.
