Purchase process was very easy and quick. Only concern was I received an after sale message that from what I understand and was told was not the norm and in previous purchases I had never received one like that was cause for concern but was assured it was sent in error and was being investigated as why it was sent and by whom. Was also assured no private information was breached. Only suggestion I could make would be to fix glitches in online site that forced me to call direct and make my purchase with a live person and to offer PayPal as a payment option so no personal financial information would be disclosed.

I have used the Soft Gels twice a day for a couple of years, and they definitely help my chronic pain from multiple autoimmune & connective tissue disorders. At one time I stopped taking them, and within 3-5 days realized just how much they worked. Now I always make sure I have an ample supply on hand. I wish the price point was a bit lower for long term (probably life long) use. I've tried other cheaper, allegedly full spectrum brands, and they did not do a thing for me. I'm definitely staying with CV Sciences!

I have been taking soft gels daily for a year and a half. I no longer have chronic UTI's my energy is way up. Have not been to the doctor in that time for anything. Even changed my cholesterol numbers. My chronic pain is better. I have thousands of pinched nerves in my arms, chest and upper back. I no longer have the pins and needles part of that pain. I take 30mg a day.

Helps a lot with lumbar and sciatic pain.
