Hello, Please I make a mistake on my order PRH3ZIGXQ yesterday I have been trying to reach you but no response despite all efforts through the email I send and your website. I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed, I purchased a video for my nephew 4th birthday a month before his birthday and now I don't have any access to the video that was created for him. I reached out to customer service and no reply and tomorrow is his birthday and I won't have the video for him to see which would've made his day. I want a refund 😕

The video was better than I imagined
The video was better than I imagined. The graphics and song were perfect! It played like a part of a scene from the actual video. I am sure my 4 year old grand daughter will love it!
