Customer Support is one of PodBean’s greatest assets. Whenever I have an issue, the response is prompt, knowledgeable, and successful. My podcast is a success because of PodBean!

My question regarding billing and nonprofit status was answered quickly and efficiently. I was given a reimbursement for a tax charge almost immediately. Thanks for not over-complicating things!

We have been using Podbean for over 4 years now and have found that it’s a great hosting platform for both our internal and external podcast. Internally, Podbean’s security features (SSO) was the most important aspect for us from day 1! Externally speaking, with one click, we have been able to distribute our podcast to all major podcast platforms. I love that we can easily add new episodes. Also, it’s been great to have a website with a player for all of our episodes and channels. The setup is user friendly and straightforward. It also provides useful analytics regarding where/when our listeners tune in (by country, time zone, etc.). Also, their team is super friendly, responsive and supportive. Would love to see a few more external templates for the external website.

I'm 99% sure I'm gonna go with this fine company. The reason is there's so quick on their email response. Typically an older guy like me would rather talk on the phone but they're emails or so thorough that you really don't seem to miss A thing.

Podbean is my favourite publishing host. I love the design of the platform, it’s super easy to navigate and the listening stats are really easy to understand and manipulate to get an understanding of the data and your audience. Podbean’s team are outstanding, they are so helpful whether it’s a small issue to something bigger. They’re a customer first company and I love working with them!
