SHIPPING WAS SLOW

I did not get all the part to the item I ordered

The styles of the switches were the same. But.....the connecting pins were wider than the original pins . Shipping could of been more expedited , only 2 small items and it takes almost 5 days ???

Really liked that there was a supplier that carried all the items I needed. Just wished that I would get here so I can finish my project. Can't really complain due to being at the back end of the Holidays. I hope that everything is as good or better than expected when it get here

I am not sure what happened but the part I ordered 2nd business day - -arrived 2 days later. So making it 4 business days - good thing I spendt the extra $40-50 dollars for 2 day shipment.

very happy with the product, but the shipping, not so much.

Received shipment in a timely manner with no damage to contents, although the "sold over the counter style lightweight cardboard box" from the manufacturer fell apart at the bonded seam, and the plastic shipping bag utilized a Really Messy Glue that I akin to the substance on Fly Paper...Uck, I Got Stuck ! I hope the Shipping Department views this problem from the receivers perspective and addresses their packaging in a kindly and respective manner. Thank you Point Supplies for listening, and take Care.
