If I could give zero stars I Would. This dude is a scam artist. I sent hundreds of cards in and he didn’t accept any stating they did not meet standards. My cards have been sold to stores streamers and individuals and never had a return. I wonder if he is going to give my actual cards back or if this is a swap out scam. Do not waste your time with poke-collect

I wish I could give them a higher rating. I sent in 78 cards for purchase and a couple of them were on their wanted list. The total quoted it was $1709! Sounds great. After I sent them in, they declined half for "whitening, holo-scratches, and other factors". I knew this wasn't true and I had filmed a video of them all before I submitted them to confirm. Of the ones they did accept, it was $869. I accepted, and their payment was easy and fast. The customer service was also fine, whoever I spoke to over email was friendly. I just found it really bizarre that so many of them (including ones from their wanted list and some other high value cards) were rejected. I got them back today and double checked them. There's no whitening or holo scratches to speak of. It's mostly just kind of confusing to me, and I kind of wish I hadn't wasted my time on it.

I had taken my cards to a more local distributor for pricing, received an estimate, then spent a couple of hours on Poke-Collect to see what they offered. It was nearly twice as much! I sent in my cards that had literally JUST been evaluated, but got an email stating ALL my cards were rejected due to "poor condition", which would make sense if I was a seven year old running in with my playing deck, these are my collector cards I've just had for years, in mint to very good condition (which was specified where available on THEIR site), AND I had JUST gotten them appraised as sellable anyway, I just wanted a little more money, walking away with nothing until my cards get back (which they say they're sending back for free to cover the inconvenience, but...I sent them in on MY dime in the first place).

Horrible company. I ordered 2 cards and a booster pack. Not only that the pack was resealed, the cards were damaged. Please no one buy from this.

Very disappointing experience dont do the mystery packs its a complete ripe off ive bought two mystery boxes to see and the second one got worse not happy stay away from this seller

My only complaints are that shipping took WAY TO LONG FOR WHAT I PAID FOR it took 3 weeks in transit to get to texas .

VIP box (TAG EDITION) was a complete scam. I got a $1 japanese card and a bent foil for $80... they hide reviews to lure in more people. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
