Do something about the scalpers and bots. Any time a drop happens it never allows normal people to purchase. Maybe have a limit like 2 per purchase. Detect IP addresses and see if someone is ordering from multiple devices. Most stores (Target, bestbuy) have taken measures to ensure that scalpers dont get everything. Why cant you?

Leider musste ich feststellen, dass die im Produkt enthaltene Pokémon-Münze direkt nach dem Auspacken eine deutliche Oberflächenbeschädigung (Kratzer / Produktionsfehler) aufweist. Da es sich um einen Herstellungsfehler handelt, bitte ich um Prüfung und einen entsprechenden Austausch der beschädigten Münze. Ein Foto des Produkts habe ich dieser Anfrage beigefügt. Nach einer Stunde in der Warteschlange wieder an den Beginn gesetzt, weil ihnen mein Star-Link Internet nicht passt (da Deutschland eine Internet Wüste ist habe ich halt auch nicht so die Wahl. Es sei denn ich bin mit 0,5 Mbit zufrieden 😭). Als ich mit mobilen Daten nach einer weiteren Viertel Stunde endlich im Shop war, waren schon die ttbs schon weg. Reine Zeitverschwendung! Ich wollte danach ein Booster bundle kaufen. Beim Check Out "Nur Kartenzahlung". Hab ich nicht. Super😑. Ich sammel ab jetzt lieber Bierdeckel 😅

Unfassbar schlechte Internet Seite, Artikel nie verfügbar, Seite Läd nicht vernünftig, ich kann nichts kaufen. Die Pokemon Company interessiert sich null für die Fans.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! My daughter and I are pure Pokémon card collectors. Buying pre-sale drops is like a shot in the bucket! Even if you've been successfully able to order a set, it doesn't mean they won't cancel it! I've been able to successfully get some delivered and a bunch also canceled for no reason, no explanation... only generic automated answers. This Pokémon company cares 0 for the consumers and just cares about the money. Their system is broken, their employees are run by a bunch of monkeys. Back when they used to drop Pokémon cards before it was getting popular again, they were promoting and begging people to buy; now it's so popular they just don't give 2 sh!!!ts about the consumer. Bunch of monkeys with pig mindsets.

Possibly the worst company for customer service. They've lost 2 orders now in the last 3 months for delivery. Don't care at all about it either.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Today, Pokémon Center put customers through an absolutely ridiculous queue that lasted for HOURS. I stayed in the queue, dealt with repeated CAPTCHAs and website issues, and did everything exactly as instructed. After wasting a huge portion of my day waiting, I finally reached the front — only to find the products sold out. This is completely unacceptable. Pokémon Center knows these releases are targeted by bots and resellers. Customers have been complaining about this for years, yet the same cycle continues: massive queues, CAPTCHA loops, technical problems, products disappear almost immediately, and legitimate customers are left with nothing. The most infuriating part is that Pokémon Center still gets paid. The products sell out regardless of who actually buys them, so there appears to be very little incentive to fix a system that is clearly failing the customers who actually want to collect and enjoy Pokémon products. If you have the resources to create a massive virtual queue, you have the resources to create a purchasing system that gives legitimate customers a meaningful chance. Today wasn't a minor inconvenience. It was a complete failure of the customer experience. Customers shouldn't have to spend hours proving they're human just to be told there is nothing left. Do better, Pokémon Center. Your customers deserve better than this.

what a horrible system this company has , they make their customers wait for hours in a line online and then after 2 hours of wait once you enter the website it says product sold.. like why the heck you mock your customers like this?. why you have that many customers in a line up if you dont have the product like how dumb you could be a busines owner who cant even manage something simple like this .. if you 100 boxes then have only 100 peeople in a line up why make everybody wait like a fool.
