I recently signed up for the Pompa Program and I am excited for this experience to healing. I had a wonderful conversation with Eric Gubera, who consulted with me. Eric was extremely welcoming, a compassionate listener, impeccably thorough, as well as patient and understanding. Eric listened intently to my health history and explained how The Pompa program will address the pieces that have been missing in my past attempts to heal. Eric's knowledge and passion for others to heal was evident. He was so kind and gave me so much hope. I know this will be a healing journey and I am ready to heal.

So, I signed up for the consultation. The fee was $127 which also included a urine test kit (mine was as dark a red as is possible) and an online assessment. The day before my consultation my husband started reading all kinds of stuff on the internet and really didn't want me to do it. I then also started reading a bunch of reviews and while there were some bad ones mixed in quite a few people had good things to say. However, it looked like you were going to be into this thing for at least $8,000 and I've already spent tons of money on labs and tests and don't need to do that again. I already have been tested for parasites, heavy metals, Epstein-Barr virus... Also it looked like it was really going to be about perhaps a keto diet which my body does not tolerate, been there done that, and supplements. I decided to cancel my consultation and request a refund. My husband had read that some people didn't receive refunds. But I want to say that mine was issued that day and I got my money back no problem. Also, the person I was to consult with was very nice and didn't try to pressure me when I canceled the consultation. If you have insurance, you're probably better off finding a functional medicine doctor covered by your insurance and requesting labs for heavy metals, parasites and viruses. Honestly, most of us who are even interested in this are probably just dealing with systemic Candida (if you've been tested for heavy metals and parasites and know that's not it) and we don't want to have to change our diet and lifestyle. We want a quick fix, but the fact of the matter is the only way you're going to feel better is by moving your body, getting sunshine every day and mostly eliminating sugar from your diet and eating a lot more fruits and vegetables, mostly vegetables.

I went through Dr. Pompa's Program and am very happy with the results. I was having trouble swallowing my food and that is healed. I also had brain fog and low energy and am improving on that as well...The people on Dr. Pompa's team are great, all the way from our first interview, help with tech and membership, to our current coach Dr. Katie Hamilton, who is the best, has been a pleasure to work with. I am so grateful for joining this amazing family.

I thank God for leading me to this program. After retiring from an amazing 24 year long Air Force career I felt tired, broken and depleted in body, mind and spirit. I decided to focus on myself for the first few month’s and that’s when I was led to this program. I watched a YouTube video and then made a call. I decided to be one of the “3 percenters” and with the help and support of my mom and family, I have almost finished the program. Losing weight had been such a hard thing for me to do, or not do really because I had tried everything to try and lose. I was so discouraged that I had just accepted being overweight. My number one goal was to just feel better physically as I suffer from chronic pain. That was my focus; yet, in the process of this program, I have lost a total of 30 pounds so far and I thank God for that! I’m also thankful that I feel so much healthier and day by day I know my body is getting in the best shape it’s probably EVER been in from the inside-out! I plan to continue this journey as it is a way of life now and I am excited with the results and looking forward to where this path leads and how my body will continue to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. As an ex-Army person, I like focus and results. With Pompa I got both. I wanted to clean up my diet and improve my overall health. I was able to see weight loss, less soreness, better sleep, and just overall increased ease of living an active life daily. All that and it was pretty simple to follow their plan and their coaching helped with any questions. I strongly recommend Pompa to anyone wanting to improve their overall health.
