This is life changing stuff! As a father of 3 I felt like I was letting my family down and my health was a burden they had to carry. I had tried it all yet I was always having to take naps because I had constant stomach problems, brain fog, headaches, and so much more that pulled me out of commission. You know it's bad when you hear your 5 year old say "I can't play with dad because he doesn't feel well". Its heart breaking. That moment caused me to say enough is enough and fortunately for me I found Pompa Program. I have felt so blessed throughout this whole process. The support, guidance and empowerment. Not only am I the father and husband I dreamed of but I am also my best health advocate. I love that its not a "magic" protocol or you take some "magic" supplements, the Pompa Program educates you so that you can make changes and make better decisions. I feel like I went back to school to get the owners manual to how to take care of my body. The Pompa Program launched me into the best health of my life! Was So thankful for the knowledge and help from this Program. It’s been what I’m considering the icing on the cake of this God given, going on nine yrs., detox healing journey! My Coach Karol does a wonderful job of supporting and guiding. I now know how to continue safely removing what doesn’t belong in this Earthly Temple. It’s been a long but amazing journey. What has been collected from birth forward 57yrs. Want be quickly removed, as some seem to think. I’m aware, even with my 8yr., complete lifestyle change, eating clean, NOTHING that’s not God given, will be a continuous lifetime process, yet much easier. My Gratitude is beyond words for Everyone and Thing Jesus Christ has placed in my path of this Amazing Healing Journey. Nothing short of a Miracle! 🙌. From bedridden nursing home bound (2014) to die, with very little movement/control of this Extremely toxic Temple, to being healthier than EVER, in my life! So looking forward to this New, God Given Life, I know is just getting started. The best is ahead. 🥳 What a great time to be alive. Thanks to Every God given Person and Protocol, He Will give for the asking, 🙏 And Believing with complete Faith, there is nothing we can’t accomplish. 🙌 Including being raised from a Deathbed to Life, better than EVER! 🥳 To God all the Glory for Amazing guides like Dr. Pompa and his Amazing Program. I was unsure of the process to say the least. My wife made me attend the analysis call — I reluctantly sat through from the sidelines. I did listen and by the end my wife encouraged we do it as a family. What they were saying made sense with the world today so I conceded. After 8 months I can say my family’s life has been changed and I’m glad my wife pushed me to take this step for our family. Thankful for the pompa team.

This program really helped me cut through the fluff of everything out there and all the noise of what I should do to help my health. I was skeptical at first but it all made too much sense to pass up. I had upfront wins like being able to sleep through the night, anxiety free at times, to now feeling amazing almost all the time and doing things I could never do before.

Roy had long haul Covid. Extremely tired all he did was sleep since dec 2019. He has so much Energy now he got his life back and we have the tools to keep it that way which is an important thing. I lost my weight. And I’ve been struggling with this for the last five years. Now normal weight, my blood work is great, and BMI is normal. Thank you so much for offering this program to the public and not just for the doctors.

Would definately go through the program again knowing what I do now but can't give it 5 stars for a few different reasons. I have RA and I have seen SO many improvements from when I started. Im not cured yet, but I feel im on my way, its just taking longer than expected. Will continue detoxing on my own in hopes of a near full recovery at very least. Coach was very knowledgeable and on task, kept up with where I was at with things, was available to answer questions through text, but the zoom meetings always felt rushed and cut short. Training videos teach you what you need to know but at times you are still left with questions when adding additional protocols. Now that the program is over, I have nobody to ask except program alumni members who are left with similar questions of their own. Not always a great amount of feedback in the alumni group either. The program support group is on it though. Lots of feedback there, even from the coaches which is nice, but a lot of my posts didn't get approved for posting which got to be upsetting so I stopped trying to post on there. Often times they are sold out of certain supplements, which I get it, but I feel like it happens more than it should. Shipping was super fast though which was nice. They are honest and reputable in my eyes. A great group of people to work with and its based on natural healing, and treating the problem instead of the symptom. Definately recommend the program, there's just a few things I think need improvement. The biggest of which is some sort of continued q and a support on a professional level. The alumni group is nice but just doesn't seem like it really cuts it, you gotta take what everybody says in there with a grain of salt because you don't know if what they're saying is right or not.

I truly believe in this protocol and supplements. And have seen some improvement in my energy, weight loss, and mood. This is a program most people need to stay on for much more than 6 months, as there is no quick fix. I think being more clear about this being a lifestyle would be helpful. And that six months is also just the starting point. What I think could be improved upon is the "coaching." As a coach myself, I would not consider this coaching. It's a consultation. So calling it coaching is false marketing. The sessions are 30 minutes and feel very rushed. It's more the "coach" showing you what to take and when to take it, not actual coaching. Coaching is holding sacred space for the client and asking challenging questions with love so that the client can look within and uncover the answers, which is the most powerful way to heal and grow. I think implementing actual coaching and having one hour sessions (instead of 30 minutes), would be much more beneficial. The first 30 minutes could be the consultation and then the next 30 minutes could be coaching about their challenges and goals and tools (like NLP or the enneagram) to help that SPECIFIC individual overcome those challenges and achieve their goals. So much of my physical healing, has come from working with an actual coach who guides me by asking insightful questions to align my spiritual, emotional, and mental self with my physical body. Add the above into your program to take this to the next level and watch your clients and customers great even better long lasting results.

Virtual appointments for those of us who can’t afford to travel to Utah is a great option. Facebook page & support from other participants was key to keeping me moving forward. Coaches who return messages to your questions in a quick manner was also important. A planned out schedule for supplements was so helpful. No more guessing. Wish there was a discount available for supplements without paying an additional $1000 for coaching help for those who complete the program so we could afford to continue using them long term.
