Pompa was very great to work with me on my low budget income. I was able to do a six month option and with a payment plan. It felt like they were really interested in helping me as a person not just for the money. My coach Kaylin Lyra was the best! So cheerful, yet encouraging and helpful. I honestly feel like the program as a whole gave me the chance again at a full and healthy life when I felt all hope was lost.

I have been taking the Pompa protocol for cell cleanse and to treat prostate cancer in a healthier way. I feel better, way less back pain and have noticed pain in my gut and prorate related problems have gone away, I have full flow and even have seen huge improvements with ED. I can think much clearer have less tendency to get upset and have zero acid reflux after 30 years of taking Prilosec every day (couldn’t miss a day)… I have a wonderful coach Landis B. Who has been incredible support all the way. In the beginning I was soooo overwhelmed, I had never cooked or eaten correctly but she was so encouraging. Thank you Landis and thank you Dr Pompa

After trying countless doctors and spending an unseemly amount of money, I was so discouraged and doubtful I would ever find relief for my failing health. HOWEVER, I found the Pompa program and began the journey to healing. My coach, Katie Strickland, has been such an encouragement and a wellspring of knowledge. I am so thankful for her and to the entire program!

I have been in the program since June, 2025. I have enjoyed my coach Laura Brooks. She has encouraged me and gave me great guidance when I have run in to issues. Today, I find myself doing more during the day. I have eliminated quite a few upstream issues: toxic chemicals, plastics, foods etc. As you purge, you feel lighter. My memory issues have decreased. I have enjoyed Dr Pompa’s weekly zoom meetings. Give yourself a gift and try this program and eliminate unhealthy things that are in your life. I am thankful I have done this.

I had a very good experience with the program and especially with the health couches they provide. Not to mention but Joey Nichols is amazing with communicating and great at answering any questions I’ve had. I highly recommend this program if you’re looking for a change to life and making healthy choices.

What I like about the program is the knowledge and expertise of the coaches. My coach, Mary Cornwell, is a joy to work with and gives great advice. She navigates the website with ease and helps me when I can’t find the information I’m looking for. When reading comments or questions on the Pompa Facebook page, I have observed that when questions are asked the coaches step in immediately to help the individual with the question. No one is left hanging without some kind of answer. Even if it’s “I don’t know but will get back to you.” I love that!

If you like information, the Pompa Program is for you. The program has an abundance of information and resources. Not to mention the expertise of the coaches and Mary Cornwell is no exception. She is a tremendous wealth of knowledge and provides me with the information and resources I need when I have questions. She helps me navigate within the program when I need help and is a great asset.

Pompa Program is very thorough and has lots of visuals and educational materials, Facebook groups and very responsive coaches like mine- Katie Strickland. She was excellent in explaining, encouraging and getting me any additional info I needed for my personal issues. She was fun to Zoom with even though I am little older and tech-slow! I am happy with my health improvement and focus on my issues
