I am so happy to have found the Pompa Program. My coach, Christine Driscoll, from day one, has been exceptional. Her wealth of knowledge, heart to help people and patience with me, as I learn and understand the program, has been invaluable. The entire program has been life changing. Thank you for walking with me, talking with me and assisting me into the world of better health and Praise God, a better life. 😊 So thankful and grateful for all you do Christine Driscoll and my Pompa Family. 😊

When I started the Pompa Program, I had type 2 diabetes with an A1C of 7.8. My body was very inflamed, and I needed to lose 165 pounds. I am on month 10. My A1C is at 5.3, I am off of Metformin and GLP1, and I am down 84 pounds. As I have been working with Kevin Madden, I have started to work on other health items, like HRV, working on my blood pressure, and heart rate. He recommended tools and apps that I am using that have allowed me to raise my HRV from an average of 6 to 10 so far. My resting heart rate has gone from the upper 90s to 69 this morning. My blood pressure is stabilizing in the normal range! I have more energy, I am shrinking, I am getting off prescription medications! I am very excited about the results.

Been working with Jannika Rask since the start of 2026. She’s been guiding my wife and my process. We’ve now been in the body phase for 5 weeks and I can tell you I’ve seen tremendous changes in my brain fog, attitude, anxiety along with weight loss. I was a scratch golfer and had given up for the last 8 years because of tremors caused by Lyme disease. I’m back to hitting golf balls again, haven’t played yet but know that it’s going to happen this summer. If you’re on the fence about this program please know that it’s the best decision I’ve made. Now, it takes effort and desire but stick to it and you’ll see some amazing results.

I’m so grateful for the Pompa Program and the incredible support I’ve received throughout my health journey. When I started, I was sleeping 15 hours a day and my knees felt so weak I thought I might collapse. Now I’m sleeping a normal amount and have so much more energy to live my life. The program has taught me sustainable approaches like keto with feast days that keep me balanced without feeling restricted. I’ve noticed reduced water retention and even my ability to handle social situations that used to feel overwhelming. Small wins like being able to put my phone down instead of doomscrolling show me how much my nervous system is healing. I even even ended up getting pregnant, after having been told by my Dr. we probably wouldn't be able to have kids. I’ve loved having access to a whole community of support through the Facebook group, group coaching calls, and 1:1 coaching sessions. Coach Mandy Peterson has been wonderful in guiding me through this process. The value of what I’m learning, from understanding my body’s signals to making practical changes with food and supplements, continues to benefit me every day. This program has truly given me my life back.

I have been working with Christine Driscoll. She is an amazing caring person. She made me feel at ease, I was then able to share a lot of very personal issues with her. That in turn helped her to dig deeper for me and help get to the bottom of some of my health concerns. She is always upbeat, kind and caring. I look forward to our chats each month. She’s motivational but not pushy. She takes this very serious, but understands we are not machines and life changes on the fly everyday. I gladly give her the very highest rating and recommendation!

I'm about a month into the year long program. My top 3 reasons for enrolling in the program were 1) I really liked the cellular detail about detoxing. Much more extensive than I've ever heard. 2) I really appreciated the sourcing of the Pompa products & 3) the intense coaching. So far- the program has met all of my sign- up criteria. I'm really happy with everything!! I'll speak a bit about my number 3. I love all of the videos, worksheets, etc. All of the conscious thought that has gone into creating this detox program. And I'm thrilled with my personal coach Sunni Albano. She is really sharp, honest and I love working with her. I'm really grateful that she was my assigned coach. I have no doubt that with Sunni's guidance and the rest of the program- I'm moving into a whole new me.

I’ve been doing Dr. Pompa’s program since last June. I’ve experienced many gains, my brain fog, sleep, stress levels, and energy have improved a lot. I got all the metal and infection out of my mouth/teeth,..made a massive difference for me! I highly recommend everyone removes the metal and infection out as well. Sunni Albano is my coach! She has been fun, friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful, positive, patient, encouraging and supportive in every way!! I have only experienced a fulfilling and positive experience with Sunni and the program. I’d give her a 12 Star is it was available! I couldn’t ask for a better coach! Thanks again Sunni!
