I have loved working with Katelyn Serpa as my coach for over a year now. Katelyn is so easy to talk to and listens to me carefully with my concerns and the goals I am trying to reach. She is very knowledgeable about the protocols and she has been so helpful & patient with me when answering all of my questions. She always goes further to suggest other protocols that I could benefit from when I list my concerns. I love how she sends me an email with a summary of our call & my follow up items. Katelyn also answers questions that I have about my family members. My daughter had secondary amenorrhea and because of Katelyn’s suggestions as well as being on the Pompa program, she had her first cycle after 6 years! I can’t say enough about Katelyn and her help with the Pompa program.

I’ve been on the Pompa Program for 1.5 years, and it has truly transformed my approach to my health. Through this program, I’ve been able to manage my Hashimoto’s symptoms and improve my overall well-being. I’m so grateful for the knowledge I’ve gained about how I eat, making healthier choices, and understanding how our bodies really work. Thanks to this guidance, I’ve been able to eliminate medications that were causing more problems than they solved. My coach, Christine, has been incredible—always meeting me exactly where I am on this journey. She has been supportive, nonjudgmental, and she’s always ready with alternative solutions or fresh ideas when I need them. Her support has made all the difference, and this program has truly empowered me to take control of my health.

I have been following health information since I started reading Prevention Magazine in the 50s. As I have aged and also watched the health problems of those around me I have become more convinced of the validity of what I have been reading. When I started the Pompa program I read the ingredients on every supplement they sent. Every one had ingredients I was already taking and some others. What I learned was that the way most were created involved a process they had patented and therefore I wasn't going to get that exact ingredient anywhere else. Also Dr. Pompa had put together a path to follow. I do wish the Brain phase had been a little longer, but I do have the road map to continue on. I think is a good program and it does take time and work which is easier with the directions and support.

Highly recommend this program! We (husband and I) have been on the program for almost 1 year now and feel so much better! It has been an extremely valuable education! We are living for our health now and it feels wonderful! Our coach Brandy has been super! She has helped us navigate our journey and we are truly thankful for such and awesome Coach! Our main reason for doing this program was for my husband and I to have more life/time together by getting healthy. Dental is a HUGE part of getting healthy! We opted to go to Costa Rica (America Dental) for our dental work and was very impressed/pleased with their services/people - at nearly half of what it would cost here in the States. Highly recommend them as well. Do yourselves a favor and check out the Pompa Program....it is a life changer for the best!

The Pompa Program was recommended to me by a person I respect and trust. I have been in the program for six months and continue to be very pleased. I have found the products to be top quality. The training along with the information provided on the website is excellent. My personal coach has kept regular contact with me and been very supportive and helpful as I progress through each step, She is very intelligent and knowledgeable in health topics. She usually knows the answer to my questions  however if needed she will do further research and promptly get back to me with additional information or recommendations.

From the beginning of this program I always had exceptional support from my coach, Cori Jenab. Cori is always responsive and helpful when I have questions. My journey still continues, but I feel like I detoxed my body from a lot already. I am excited to see where my healing journey takes me, and I always know where to find resources I can count on.
