Four stars for sure, just missing the 5th star due to costs to keep it up while trying to save for extensive dental work that hopefully will allow me to be truly healthy. When I originally started, I didn't know that to keep seeing results, it would be costing me quite a bit more. I've been in the brain phase for over a year now and my second coach, Thea Banjac, was a great help to me. I feel like she gave me quite a bit more input & suggestions for my health concerns. Her summaries were great and I appreciate her keeping me accountable and on track. Definitely would recommend her and this (not always easy) program! Thanks Coach!

Normally, getting sucked into a long-form explanation video causes me to shut it off without making it to the “punch line”. So thankful I took the bate, scheduled the call, and started working with a POMPA coach right away. I started my wellness/detox journey with Erin Schaefer as my coach and it’s been such a WIN for my health and understanding of how to “take the power back”. If you have spent time trying to “heal” but nothing seems to be working… I would absolutely commit to 6months with Pompa Program. You will not be disappointed

I am so thankful for the Pompa program. I was hesitant at first because of the cost. But I know that there is no price I can put on my "health". I am over 60 and was ready to retire when I learn of the Pompa program. Concerned with aging and hoping to grow old in good health, I said "yes" to Pompa and to choosing me and better health. Erin Schaefer has been coaching me along the way. Always listen to my symptoms and celebrating my "wins". She has directed me in the next steps and made any needed adjustments in my supplement schedule whenever symptoms happened. I have lost over 15 pounds, my skin is clearer and I just feel better! Thank you Dr. Pompa, Erin and the entire team!

I have really enjoyed working with my coach Erin Diaz. I’ve worked with several coaches over my health journey and I’m grateful for the effort they’ve put in but Erin really has the knowledge and confidence that has set her apart.

I have felt some positive changes in my health and daily life. My dizziness is almost all gone. I feel more energetic with better stamina. I feel like my brain fog has also improved. My coach, Michael Nichols, has been easy to work with and is very knowledgable.

I’m so happy with my experience in the Pompa program. There is an extensive library of videos and interviews to equip yourself with knowledge- it is so helpful! The check-ins with my coach, Jade M., are very useful because they are tailored made to my circumstances and she’s an excellent listener. I’m so happy with my progress so far- I can see results!

Erin understood and explained info perfectly. She suggested conebeam x-ray. She was right on. She’s very intelligent and I really learned from her. She was in-tune with what I told her.

From the beginning of this program until the very end, I have had a completely positive experience. Kody and all the ladies I have spoken to have been kind, understanding and most helpful! After all of my research, I feel that Dr. Pompa is truly the best choice in giving information concerning conversion of T4 to T3 in cells for Hashimotos and hypothyroidism. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!
