The person helping me with my order was knowledgeable about products he suggested a replacement pump, a different brand than what i had been using and it fit perfectly and is working better than the original pentair pump and much less expensive.

The equipment was destroyed in transit. The Glacier pool cooler had an extra pump inside the cooler that was not listed in the installation instructions. We did not need to order the pump that we ordered from you because the second pump inside the cooler was large enough to move the water to the pool. None of this was your fault except, you should know the product better to tell us not to order another pump.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're very sorry to hear about the condition of your order upon arrival and the confusion regarding the additional pump in the Glacier pool cooler. While shipping damage is unfortunately out of our control, we completely understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback about the product details. We’ll review this information with the manufacturer to help ensure our product listings and recommendations are as accurate and helpful as possible. Our customer service team would also be happy to assist you directly to make this right.
