As a Porsche-a-holic I’d recommend going to another dealer for your purchases. I’m having an appalling experience with this Main Dealer, I’ve owned 9 Porsches so thought I knew I’d always be safe in the knowledge I’m purchasing from an Official Porsche Centre. However I purchased a Macan on 03/08/26 and within a week it had multiple faults (11 in total - listed below). I contacted the salesman and rejected the car by email, but he misled me and told me I had to give them an opportunity to rectify (I found out later that under the Consumer Rights Act this was wrong and that within 28days I have the right to reject.) The sales manager ignored my messages as did the Dealer Principal. It has now gone on for over 2 months and they have had the car for over 5weeks, the dealer principal has just rejected my rejection. List of issues as follows:- 1.Bonnet and front quarter wings don’t align. 2.Washer refill warning comes on continuously - even when full. 3.Rear seat behind driver occasionally has a seat belt jot on warning even when empty. 4.Several occasions when car doesn’t lock when remote key used. 5.Wireless charger doesn’t work - it occasionally shows working but then cuts out, then on again - majority of time it doesn’t work, same with the USBs in centre storage box. 6.AppleCarplay doesn’t always connect and even when connected it drops off the main screen for no apparent reason. 7.Centre screen freezes and touch control stopped working. 8.Rattle as the drivers door is closed. 9.Favourites stored on radio don’t scroll ie once I have selected one and try to move to the next station, it jumps to random stations not stored. 10.The service menu in the car says a service is due in October 2026, which as you know shouldn’t be the case because all approved Porsches should have services done if within 6months. The service says due in March 2027 (outside of 6months). 11. The volume controls on the PCM and steering wheel does not always work. Think very carefully before you buy from this dealership. Porsche UK have been very unhelpful and have shrugged their shoulders, I will never buy another Porsche….Ever. That is how poor and stressful this situation has been.

Our family purchased a new Porsche Taycan 4S from Doğuş Oto Maslak in Turkey in May 2024. The vehicle is registered to my wife, and I have personally handled the service and customer-care communications. Our problems began before the current battery failure. An expert report dated 23 January 2025 documented bodywork interventions, paint touch-ups and defects in the PPF protective film. The court of first instance subsequently ordered replacement with a defect-free vehicle of the same type. The opposing party appealed, and the judgment is not yet final. On 7 August 2026, the vehicle suffered an electrical failure and became unusable. It was admitted to Porsche Center Mersin on 8 August. On 20 August, the service centre informed us that a high-voltage battery module temperature-sensor fault required replacement of modules 1 and 2 under warranty. The vehicle was transferred to Bursa. As of 14 October 2026, 67 days had elapsed since workshop admission, and our car had still not been returned. According to the latest information given to us, the replacement parts remained in customs. We had no confirmed date for completion of the repair, subsequent checks or final delivery. On 8 October, we sent Porsche a comprehensive complaint with supporting documents. The acknowledgements we received have not provided a concrete resolution or direct contact with someone authorised to decide our case. We continue to follow up while remaining without our vehicle and while insurance costs continue. Our principal request remains replacement with a factory-new, defect-free vehicle of the same type, matching the specifications and factory equipment we purchased. We expect Porsche to consider the entire history of this case, appoint a responsible decision-maker and provide a clear written response, including a confirmed timetable for the outstanding technical work and safety checks. Porsche was a childhood dream for me. This experience has severely damaged my confidence in the brand and its after-sales support in Turkey. I will update this review to reflect any substantive response and the eventual outcome.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit dem Porsche Zentrum Pforzheim (Hahn Sportwagen). Trotz einer bestehenden Porsche Approved Garantie und vollständigem Scheckheft wird ein berechtigter Motorschaden nicht kundenorientiert abgewickelt. Es wird ein wirtschaftlich nicht nachvollziehbarer Kostenvoranschlag erstellt, und stattdessen wird man vor die Wahl gestellt, entweder eine unzulässige fünfstellige Zuzahlung zu leisten, das Auto über eine Restwertbörse abzuwickeln oder es unrepariert abzuholn. Wenn man nachhakt, schieben sich PZ und Versicherung (AWP/Allianz) gegenseitig die Verantwortung zu. Kundenservice und Vertragstreue sehen anders aus – verlassen Sie sich also besser nicht zu sehr auf Ihre Approved-Garantie!

Terribile. Porsche financial service servizio pessimo.

Ho avuto la sfortuna di avere un piccolo incidente con una porsche boxter 2015. Ricambi alcuni arrivati subito altri dopo 6 mesi non si sa ancora quando arriveranno. Siccome ho la casco, mancando un dettaglio per chiudere la pratica ho la macchina bloccata da più di 6 mesi dal carrozziere. Peggio delle macchina cinesi. Senza contare i diversi guasti!
