Order #15719 I purchased a Posture Pro because it came with a 100% return guarantee. When it wasn’t suitable, I followed the return instructions, but the company refused delivery of the returned parcel and sent it back to me. This resulted in over 11 emails over several months with Ereyca, I was repeatedly assured my refund would be processed, but it never was. By the time I realised nothing was happening, I contacted my credit card provider to help recover the payment, however they confirmed I couldn’t make a claim as I had missed the time limit to recover the payment. The product wasn’t my biggest disappointment—the customer service was. After months of promises and no refund, I cannot recommend this company.

I received this today. Opened it to see it. It was absolutely nothing like advertised on their website. I contacted them and they said I needed to send them some pictures which I did and now I’m hearing cricket. In addition, it looks like something I could get from a dollar store. Not something I paid $39 for. We’ll see what they say.

I sent it back unused to the address they provided within the statutory times and paid for the tracked delivery. They refused it and it was returned to me today. I am still waiting for the refund and now for someone to contact me. Update: they have emailed me and agreed to the refund. Update - refund provided so additional star provided because on photographic proof of the package returned they didn't make a fuss and gave me the refund hence the additional stars

RUBBISH SCAM

Both my husband and I tried this, and it did absolutely nothing for us. We wanted to return and get our money back, but we were told to send the item back and pay for the postage. Because I did not agree with that, they apparently escalated the case with a higher authority in their company, and I've heard nothing at all, even though I checked in with them. This item is utter rubbish and does not what it promises. I've lost the money, but I hope my review helps others not to fall for it.

Scam! Order was never delivered and despite multiple attempts to contact them through their Zendesk, website, email, nobody replied.
