PreApproved RenterAbout PreApproved Renter
PreApprovedRenter allows landlords, real estate agents and property manager customize their rental applications and conduct tenant screening. The platform is free for real estate professionals and their teams to use. Users get a unique link to their online rental application which they can email or text to a tenant. The tenant fills out the online application and uploads their paperwork. We notify both parties when the application is submitted.
