Thrilled!
Used watch (refurbished) was everything promised, and more. Would return to PW in a heartbeat! My Shinola watch is beautiful, and with the savings I'd buy a second.

Not only did they accept a fair offer…
Not only did they accept a fair offer for a used watch, they were perfect in every way: questions, shipping etc. I would definately buy again. Oh yeah, the watch is gorgeous!

The 'front of house' are amazing
The 'front of house' are amazing. I can't say enough great things about their level of customer service. My issues were with the high repair cost and a week after getting my ⌚ back the setting of the date is not flawless.
