Eric Thompson and Bryan Webb at the Walnut Creek store went over and above the call of duty to guide me through the selection of the Spirit recumbent bike. They pointed out the differences among the models, adjustable seats/non adjustable seats, web seats, cushioning, electronics, ease of use, warranty and reliability of various machines, etc. The delivery and setup went smoothly, and the manager encouraged me to call him any time if there were questions about using the equipment. I highly recommend the Precor Walnut Creek store and the people who run it.

My Precor Home Fitness is working well. After two weeks using it start to make a little noise. I contacted the company. They came immediately and fix it. I’m happy with my machine.

I purchased a mat for my Precor Treadmill. Bought a couple other mats from another company but not firm and enough and slipped. . Went to Precor and bought a mat was in 2 pieces that fit together. Wondered about the 2 sections locking and staying together. No worries. the mat was perfect.

Would recommend Precor to anyone--my second purchase from Precor. Great machines. Online purchase not an option because gift for elderly folks required assembly and taking away old machine. Thank you, Precor.
