Swear by their pre-employment…
Swear by their pre-employment assessments. I'm learning to NOT hire without using these test and trusting them completely. If you're looking for the top candidates, this will certainly help weed out those not in the higher tiers.

David has been very helpful. Access to reports that allow easy comparison of candiades would push your product to a 5.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Assessments produced very meaningful information on a prospective employee. Rep took the time to review the assessments to be sure we understood the results. Great tool to use in the hiring process.

Highly accurate and predictive of applicants' job performance
Better and more accurate in predicting job performance than other, much higher priced per-test services.

Great Hiring Tool
We use The Hire Talent assessments as part of our Interview Process. It is a great tool. WE feel our process is well rounded because of it. The staff at The Hire Talent is always available and helpful.

Pre-Employment Assessments are standard for our interview process
We've found the Pre-Employment Assessments as a great tool to aid in the interview and candidate selection process. It is now standard operation for any position in our company!
