Unfortunately...I have had problems with delivery, having to call and ask where the order is . The customer service is not even close to being professional. Verification of orders delivered and finding out, yes delivered to wrong address in Iowa, I live in Idaho. If this is your choice for yarn....well, good luck.

Run like the plague from Premier Yarns!!!! Although they have some yarns I absolutely love, they are not worth the many issues. Many skeins are riddled with knots, and breaks, continuously found throughout. I cannot find the center pull with most skeins without pulling out a third of the center which is a knotted, matted mess! Some skeins have been so matted I have had to unravel and reroll into balls before I could use. They refuse to post my reviews, even the glowing ones. When I inquired as to why my reviews were not posted, they admitted that they choose which ones to post. If you read through, you will see that ALL their lies have great reviews even though some of their lines I wouldn't use to crochet something for a stray dog! I reached out to customer service to ask that some of these issues be addressed and received rude responses. So, I emailed the CEO, he responded kindly enough, but wanted me to mail him the skeins back. I had used them. I had taken pics, so I emailed those...he never responded back. It is now a month later, I placed an order yesterday and they canceled it today claiming I canceled it. When I asked why they thought I canceled it I got this response: "Due to our last interaction, we feel that our products are not up to your standards. To not leave you unsatisfied, we have decided to cancel your order and refund the payment back to you. Thank you for understanding."...So, rather than addressing the issues, they have decided I can't order. Who the hell does that!!!!? And even though they say they are a NC company, their mill is in Turkey!

Premier yarns os an awesome yarn company. Great quality yarn and affordable prices. I do recommend. I am an experiance crocheter and I know when yarn is good or bad. So I say premier yarns yarn is good! I purchased a load of yarn from them for the 1st time and It met far more than my expectations. The Premier Parfait chunky is a wonderful yarn. Cancelled order not refunded. I made order via facebook at ~ 10th of December by mistake(one swipe by mistake!), I cancelled it immediately, same day via facebook and got notification that it got cancelled. It obviously never shipped. But they charged me! and never refunded! I waited for a week, I then wrote to customer service at 26th of december: no reply except automated one! they did not honor their own "3-5 business day", neither they ever replied my email to customer service. I would give them 1 star but the other correct order had been shipped and fine. Really frustrated about this company

I ordered product from this company, which they mailed via USPS. After a few weeks, when I hadn't received the package, I checked the tracking info and it showed that the package had been delivered. Since I pick my mail up at the post office, I knew that I had not received the package. I contacted their customer service, via email since there is no way to contact them by phone. That should have my first clue that this is not a reputable company. They replied that my package had been delivered and completely ignored the fact that it was NOT delivered to me. I responded with that and asked for a replacement or refund. They again responded with a cut & paste of the tracking information and again ignored the fact that the package was never picked up by me and the post office did not have the package waiting for me. They ignored my email. I filed a dispute with PayPal, which they also ignored. PayPal closed the case because I did not escalate it ( which I didn't know that I had to do) This company is not reputable. Do not purchase from them

J'utilise souvent les produits "premier yarns" car je les aime bien. Ils sont de bonne qualité. Habituellement, je les achète auprès des fournisseurs se trouvant dans ma région. Par contre, cette fois, j'avais besoin de couleurs particulières qui n'étaient disponibles que sur le site même de "premieryarns". L'une des premières choses qui est indiquée lorsqu'on arrive sur le site est que la livraison est gratuite pour les achats de 75$ et plus (contigu aux États-Unis) code qui devrait normalement inclure les achats faits à partir du Canada, car on partage une frontière commune. Or, j'ai commandé pour environ 200$ de laine et les frais de livraison étaient plutôt élevés. J'ai écrit et au service à la clientèle et on m'a répondu que l'envoi au Canada était considéré comme un envoi international, même si on était un pays voisin. J'ai décidé de commander tout de même... Environ un mois plus tard, j'ai reçu une facture de la part de FedEx Ground, d'un peu plus de 50$, en lien avec cette livraison, car vu que "premieryarns" a décidé de faire affaire avec FedEx ground pour la livraison, il semblerait qu'il y ait des frais de douane. Ce qui n'était noté nulle part... J'ai donc eu une belle facture surprise d'un peu plus de 50$, ce qui fait qu'en tout et partout, je devais payer environ 80$ de frais pour la livraison. Une chance que la dame à qui j'ai parlé au FedEx a été compréhensive! Chose certaine, je ne commanderai plus à partir du site-même de "premieryarns", question d'éviter les surprises du genre.
