The items I ordered are very nice
The items I ordered are very nice, but I was blindsided by the fact they came from China. I was expecting an item made in the US, as it is a US wolf. I was also expecting the items to arrive in a timely manner. Now I am wondering if they actually are licensed to sell Molly's shirts and hats. Guang is the owner of this company, and it is in China. It has a trust rating of 17.7 %.

Shirt is what I ordered. Good quality and right size. Only criticism is how long it took to arrive. Much longer than expected.

They don’t even deserve 1 star
They don’t even deserve 1 star! They are full of crap!!! They pull this crap all the time! DONT ORDER FROM PREMIUMETSY! Read all the reviews, not just mine! I’ve been fighting with them since March, and my next move is the BBB.

Color and design were great...however
While the design and colors were perfect. The sizing runs very small. My size 4x looks and fits like a 2x

I'm wearing it now! It's soft and comfortable. It did take a seemingly long time to be delivered, but it was worth the wait.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a T-shirt over a month ago as a birthday present. It never came. The tracking number they gave me lead nowhere. After six weeks of waiting, I finally contacted their sorry excuse for a customer service department. They said they would re-send it out ASAP. So I was pleased. Then a few hours later, they abruptly notified me that my order has been CANCELLED! Then they stopped replying to my follow-up questions altogether. And I haven't seen my refund either. I ended up ordering from Amazon, and I'll be getting the shirt this Thursday, one day before I need it Needless to say, don't order from Premiumetsy. It's a sham. I'm sorry I fell for it...

Horrible customer service
Ordered product the beginning of April. Not told it would be shipped from overseas. Tried to cancel order and get a refund. Just told it had shipped and could not be refunded. Have several times tried to get it resolved and each time told nothing can be done. Also the link they said to use to track the package is an app that you have to pay for. It is now 5 weeks since I ordered and I still have not gotten my product or a refund.
