taking course of criticall for 911 dispatch training. i need videos explaining how to prepare for the test rather than just explaining in text. i cant see answers for the sample map questions. need video training and answers explaining how to answer voice to text answers in call. and more needed. I haven't completed the course yet. not letting me submit reviews on the website. also help and chatbot is not working in the website to connect to customer support agents. even the contact page which have option to inform what's wrong with the website is not loading or not letting me to submit the complaint.

I was expecting practice tests with timed sessions, different variations (different tests with different questions), and knowledge and skills to improve a person's approach to taking the Nelson-Denny comprehension test. I'm highly disappointed in it, especially with the amount I paid for a month.

I was unable to access to the website for an entire day due to "SSL Certificate Invalid". I emailed; no reponse. I submitted a work ticket; no response. Several days later; still no response. I would advise not to be fooled by the companies claim of having "24/7 Customer Service".

Prepterminal’s course and practice tests were not quite what was in the Hogan business reasoning inventory (HBRI) test.

Is good to know wat to expect only after they cry for a reference

I took the dispatcher prep course, and while a lot of the sections of the prep course were on the test and helpful, some weren’t not and were completely unnecessary. Also there must be something wrong with the system of grading or correcting things, because it would tell me my answer was wrong for things a lot of the time but most times the answer exactly matched the “correct” answer that was given. Very disappointing to see that I had messed up the answers and gotten them wrong, only to see that I was actually right. I also had an instructor that paid for the course for me and a group, yet for some reason only me and one other person couldn’t log in for weeks and they were very slow to answer and help with something that costs so much money.

Material is of the same intent as the actual test, so it does help. Test dynamics are different to today's KF4D. Some explanations of the answers make no sense. Test UI is feeble. It is ultra-annoying that they call you to leave a review here, and promptly keep reminding you via email.

Although it’s a great tool to measure some analytical and critical thinking it’s not in my view relevant to Experienced professionals it’s game almost. but I do believe it’s a great tool for new graduates and new professionals entering in the marketplace.
