PrestigeFlyReviews of prestigefly.com

I made a reservation with Gatsby Knox from Prestigefly After having completed my reservations. Later on, the Airline changed the second and final leg of my journey from the Caribbean to Portugal. This change meant it was impossible to make the connection in time. Gatsby Knox assured me he would do his utmost to assist with this irritating change to the flight reservation. He got to work on this situation right away. I would like to give him my full compliments for his efficient and knowledgeable information as to what to do in this circumstance and for then handling all the necessary issues on my behalf. The appropriate flight changes were put in progress with a successful resolution of the situation. He provided an efficient and prompt client service. I can highly recommend Gatsby, Thank you sir. My comments are based on a true event. Anthony Woolley

Gatsby has been incredibly available, supportive and patient. I don’t know if he sleeps! Our first time doing something like this but it won’t be the last

Gatsby worked very hard to find us flights to Japan. We saved money and he was always a pleasure to work with and extremely communicative. We will definitely work with Gatsby again!
