Watercolors arrived quickly and I love them. Surprised to read a few issues from other people because I didn't have any

I ordered the three pack of metallic watercolor paints three months ago and NEVER received them. I was super patient as I know Covid was happening but things were still getting through in the mail just taking longer but 3 months is ridiculous!! I tried to contact the company several times - they were NO HELP! I asked for a refund and NOTHING - NO REPLY! My suggestion: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! You will lose your money and they DO NOT CARE!!!!! To date I still have no package and no refund :(

If you could write in french about your products, it will be easier for me to understand exactly what it's all about.... And I'am wonderind if it's because of the CORONAVIRUS that a lot of my orders never arrived ???? Althought I already paid !!!

I was delighted with the products I bought from Prestigify. hey were well packaged and were exactly as described, and the prices are very reasonable. My only reservation is that since Prestigify is based in the US it takes a long time for the products to arrive here in the UK.

Delivery was waylaid by customs and the costs to release it from customs outweighed the deal
