I am very pleased with my choice of going through this website to talk to a professional doctor who really is concerned about my well being and making the right choice.

I was able to set up an appointment quickly. Had an issue with my phone because iPhones cannot use their tech to have a video chat, however the chat tech was able to help me and I just face timed with the doctor. The doctor was patient, listened to all my concerns and questions offering helpful advice and information. Received recommendation letter immediately after ending the phone call and the techs helped me find a place that would take the temporary recommendation letter before receiving the one in the mail along with my card only a couple days later.

I love how fast easy the process was. My doctor was really ice and took the time to answer all my questions.

Just finished my consultation with Dr Nguyen. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk with and seemed to be a caring gentleman. Connecting with PrestoDoctor.com was quick and easy. As long as your computer or cell phone meets the requirements, there should be no issue. One thing to point out is that Firefox probably should be used. I normally use Sea Monkey ( a Firefox derivative browser) but had problems with the web site, so switched to Firefox and had no issues. Google Chrome also appears to work well. *****UPDATE***** I've received my medical card and paper cannabis recommendation by mail within 24 hours of my consultation. That is great service!

Set an appointment for the following morning. Doctor came on the web cam on-time, and was professional. Took 10-15 minutes. They emailed my authorization (PDF), which I just uploaded to a delivery service's site. Got a delivery the next day. All done in my home on the laptop.
