I would rate you higher, but it took 16 days from the date of order to actually receiving the wine which your web site indicated was in stock at the time I placed my order. Frankly this seems an unusually long time. My experience with wine.com suggests a much quicker response for in stock items.

Never got an email back saying wine is ready for pickup, had to call. Previous service was better.

The product came today, looks as advertised.The package was spouse to be delivered on the 1/2/22 but came today 1/10/22.But that is Fed ex fault not the merchant fault.

I used the website to make a purchase. I was allowed to purchase three bottles of wine (out of 7 in stock) that I turned out were not in stock. I was contacted via e-mail and told of the problem and I was advised that my credit card should show a credit for the cost of the three bottles. Not a big deal, but a small glitch.
