The prices are great but the support is very bad, I got no response about a problem I had with the servers.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever, panel is glitchy, any host is better at this point.

Hey, John, Thanks for your review and were so sorry that we couldn't help. When you say the panel is glitchy, mind emailing us some info about this? We always try to fix bugs when we get told about them. Next time we will try to do better.

Very Attentive To Your Problems
Was wary at first because my server was laggy and loaded slowly when I first tried it out. 'Spoods' on discord was incredibly helpful with figuring out what the problem was, and wouldn't give up untill he fixed it. He even got on the server and tested things himself. After a fair bit of troubleshooting, we finally resolved things- and I couldn't recommend it more!

Absolutely recommend
Absolutely recommend, they have extremely kind, helpful, and caring staff. An amazing community via discord, very clean design, and lastly their products are overall just amazing for the price.
