Best investment I’ve ever made! Working with Coach Jamie at Prime Revival has been so much fun (and challenging!) in the best way! I came to this program 10 months ago an absolute novice in the gym and with nutrition and Jamie set me up for success from Day 1. I am eating so much better and looking and feeling so much better than I ever thought possible on my own! I’ve learned so much from Jamie and I can’t wait to keep working with and learning from her in the future 😊 If you’re having doubts, don’t! This is the best self care investment you will ever make. Do it for YOU and EVERYONE in your life will take notice! 🤩

I’m a return client of Prime Revival and had been following this company for years prior to joining the team. Let me just express how thankful I am that I am able to budget this into my life— because yes, it’s an investment. A big one, a scary one. But one that is so incredibly worth it. I’ve been working with Drew for 6 months; we’ve put me through a reverse diet and simply haven’t taken me out of it because the progress we’re seeing is AMAZING. I’m losing weight on the scale but MOST importantly, I’m seeing it in my progress photos and the mirror. Feeling clothes that were snug getting loose. Feeling a sense of confidence I’ve NEVER felt. For someone who’s only known me 6 months, Drew has witnessed some really difficult and big life changes for me. She’s worked with me through them, given me grace while also doing what I pay her to do: hold me accountable to my goals when life gets messy. I’ve been far from perfect but she’s made me feel comfortable to ask for help when I need it. She has gotten to the bottom of form issues and doesn’t hesitate to jump on a FaceTime to walk me through something and watch me perform a movement in real time. She checks in with me multiple times throughout the week, especially when we adjust macros or my training program. Notice how I keep saying we; that’s because we really are a team (cheesy, I know). But, it’s true, and the best way to describe the experience. She keeps me involved every step of the way with adjustments and decisions made. Drew is truly a wealth of knowledge, and I’m so thankful to work with her.

I have been with Prime Revival for about 2 years now and I'm loving every minute of it! I first came across the program through Kelly's Instagram page while I was aimlessly scrolling for hours. When i was looking through her page, I thought, she's doing such amazing work with her clients. She gave such helpful tips and I can tell she's very passionate with helping others getting to their fitness goals. After about 3 months of hesitantation on my part, I decided to enroll in her program and wow.....it did not disappoint! I've been working with Coach Alena and she has been so amazing! She has individualized my workouts and nutrition plan based on my everyday life and what works best for my body. I can always count on her to correct my form with workouts I'm not familiar with and with workout advice when I feel like certain exercises are causing discomfort. After working with her, I was amazed with the results. I never felt so comfortable with how my body looked in such a long time! And it only took hard work and dedication. If you're on the fence whether you should join or not, you should just do it!

Working with Kelly and her team (specifically, with my coach, Mak), has been a game changer for my health and fitness journey. For some background, I have been active for the majority of my life and an athlete all through middle school and through college. I found it especially hard to maintain healthy habits when I went onto grad school and wasn’t maintaining the same level activity that I did for so many years. While my foundation might have been good, I found that there were aspects of my nutrition and exercise plan that were definitely lacking, and I was also struggling with negative effects of birth control. I first connected with Prime Revival over Instagram when I really resonated with the knowledge that they were sharing. I wanted to believe that there was a way to eat more, feel good, and look good without starving myself or meticulously counting every calorie. I immediately scheduled a call to see what they were all about and have since been with Coach Mak For almost 2 years now. To say the transformation has been incredible would honestly be doing this program and these ladies are to service; the genuine connection that I have created with my coach has definitely helped me maintain my fitness goals. I have gained a better understanding of the way my body works and created new habits for myself that I plan to carry with me. Even with a background of working in healthcare, there is something really empowering about letting go of the reigns to let someone else share their knowledge and create a plan for you. It definitely took a mental load off. I just signed up for another 6 months and can’t wait to see where we end up from here! :)

Working with Prime Revival has been one of the best decisions and investments I have ever made. I have been working with Drew for almost a year and have seen changes I never thought were possible. I had tried working with other coaches in the past and never saw results, was left disappointed, discouraged, and never learned anything from the coach. I can whole heartedly say that I have experienced the exact opposite from working with this team. I have seen results in my physique that I thought were out of reach, been encouraged and empowered to work hard and chase after my goals, and I have learned SO much about not only macros and nutrition, but a lot about myself. Drew has given me customized guidance and offered help every step of the way! What Prime Revival is offering is invaluable, and I would HIGHLY recommend, for anyone who is interested, to commit to giving it all you have and to trust the coaches they have on staff. You won’t regret it! It is worth it!!

At this point I’ve been working with Prime Revival, and specifically with coach Averie, for over a year and the experience has been transformative! She is super communicative and customizes my plan to what my specific needs and wants are. I’ve lost 30 pounds with the program so far and I know I would not have been able to do it without Averie and Prime Revival. If you’re looking to hire a coach and you want someone who listens to you, consistently communicates, gives you a completely customized nutrition and workout plan, gives you helpful resources, actually evaluates your check in’s and sends in depth feedback, reviews your form videos, creates a supportive environment, and so much more then this is the right place. It’s literally life changing, worth every penny and I won’t ever regret it!

So I almost never write reviews for literally anything cause I don’t have the time or energy but I have to write a review for Prime Revival/ My Coach Averie. Let me start with how incredibly encouraging and responsive everyone is. There’s never a time where you feel like you’re just a number. Averie really has taken into account every aspect of my life from being a full time employee, to a full time single mom to a part time nursing student. She is always willing and able to help me through and adjust things accordingly. I’ve never felt so supported and or held accountable in a training program like this. I don’t feel unheard or restricted in any kind of manner, which in turn has amplified my results! I can’t wait to continue learning and growing and this really has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made. Anyone that feels on the fence, let this review give you that fire under your butt to just GO FOR IT!!
