Dylan provided excellent customer service in the assistance with the ordering process and also provided a good line of communication by emailing to followed up with the customer. The order came in time for a scheduled event and the quality of product was impressive. Overall experience 10/10

Amazing customer service. Worked with me on the design and got it right the first time. Good quality. Runs a little small but that was expected so all is good! Good quality and great price for a custom shirt. Will continue to order for our company. Thank you

There was a shipping mistake and i received the wrong product, but they quickly remedied the situation and got me the correct one. The product itself, some shirts was of good quality and as promised. However buy one size larger than you think you need. Other than that they're great.

My bowling team has order two sets of shirts from Primesty. One set did not fit right and the team at Primesty identified the problem and sent us new shirts that fit great.

Our whole team ordered our shirts on the same day. Out of 5 total shirts, only 2 were received prior to the event we ordered them for.

Dear Jason, We’re really sorry for any unpleasant experience, especially that you didn’t receive 3 shirts in time for your event. Sometimes shipping delays happen unexpectedly, and unfortunately, since we use a third-party carrier, they’re beyond our direct control. We reached out to offer a 50% refund for the 3 shirts as a sincere apology, and we truly hope that helps make up for the inconvenience. Just as a heads-up for the future: production usually takes 3–5 working days, and standard shipping takes 8–10 business days. To be on the safe side, we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks ahead of your event—or feel free to contact us about upgrading to expedited shipping, which only takes 3–5 business days to arrive. Thanks again for your understanding!
