Excellent first experience! I ordered a full case of ivory paper and was already very happy with the price and free shipping. When my order arrived, I was surprised to find two additional reams included at no charge in a separate box. That kind of generosity and customer service definitely gets noticed. The paper arrived in great condition, the value was excellent, and Print It Supply has earned my business. I’ll absolutely be checking with them first the next time I need office or printing supplies.

I was sent a knock off product with a different brand. Similar, but not the same and not what I ordered. I needed a specific brand and style paper and now I have wasted my time and I am responsible to shipping it back and bringing it back to UPS. Get it right the first time or inform me you don't have what I ordered.
